Before You Book 🤍 Once your request is approved, we’ll send over everything you need to complete your booking ✨ Payment can be made via e-transfer (preferred) or a secure Square link.

• 50% is due to secure your stay • Remaining balance due 7 days before arrival • $300 refundable damage deposit required • 14-day cancellation policy applies • Septic-friendly use is required during your stay

A Little Cottage Note 🤍 We’re on a septic system here at the lake, so we ask guests to be mindful of water use. A septic pump-out fee applies for stays: • 3-night stays: $50 • 7-night stays: $100
